Why the estimate holds
We own the boxes, the trucks and the drivers. Brokers don't.
Most “dumpster rental” websites are lead resellers who hand your order to whoever has a box free. Our dispatcher is in Santa Barbara, the truck leaves from Cota Street, and the estimate you sign is the invoice you get.
I rent boxes and restrooms from them on every remodel. Same truck shows up, same invoice format, and the estimate is the bill.

Common questions
Before you order
What can't go in the dumpster?
Paint, solvents, batteries, tires, appliances with refrigerant, and asbestos-containing material. Mattresses and e-waste are accepted; tell us on the estimate. Dirt, concrete and roofing are fine but heavy; ask about a heavy-debris box.
What happens if the box is overweight?
Weight is measured at the landfill and shown on the ticket, which we text to you. The estimate states the tonnage allowance and the overage rate up front so there is no surprise.
Do I need a permit to put it on the street?
In the City of Santa Barbara, yes: a Public Works encroachment permit. We hold a standing permit and pull yours with two business days notice. Driveways need nothing.
What is a VIP restroom trailer?
A towed trailer with flushing toilets, running-water sinks, mirrors, lighting and climate control: the restroom your guests expect at a wedding or a private party. Two- and four-station units; an attendant can be added for the event.
How does junk removal work?
A two-person crew and a truck arrive in a two-hour window, load everything you point at, and sweep up. Furniture, appliances, yard waste, garage and estate cleanouts. We donate and recycle what we can and tell you what went where.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 4 pm the day before. Same-day cancellations after the truck has left carry a trip charge, stated on the estimate.
