Why tonight

Every hour the water sits, the job gets bigger.

  1. Hour 1

Water wicks into drywall and under flooring. What's wet is still salvageable if extraction starts now.

  2. Hour 12

Subfloor swells, cabinets delaminate, and “the company that will come tomorrow” now needs a demo crew.

  3. Hour 48

Mold. A separate remediation scope, a bigger claim, and a longer time before your family is back home.

  4. Tonight

Our truck carries extraction and drying equipment. Water is out and drying is running before the crew leaves. That's the whole point of owning the equipment.

What happens when you call

Three steps. You only do the first one.

  1. 01

    You call. A technician answers.

Not a service, not a menu. Someone who has stood in a flooded house tells you where the shut-off is and what not to touch while the truck is already rolling.

    0 minutes
  2. 02

    The truck arrives, loaded.

Extractor, air movers, dehumidifiers and containment are on the truck. Water is out and drying is running before the crew leaves. Nothing gets rented in the morning.

    Under 60 minutes
  3. 03

We document, bill your carrier, and rebuild.

Moisture logs and photos your adjuster can open, an estimate inside 24 hours, and a licensed in-house rebuild. One crew, one claim, one schedule.

Insurance and billing

You don't pay us. Your carrier does.

We photograph, meter and document every room to the standard adjusters actually ask for, then bill the carrier directly. Your deductible is the only number that involves your checkbook, and we'll tell you what it is before we start.

  • Written scope and Xactimate estimate within 24 hours
  • Daily moisture logs and photos shared with your adjuster
  • We rebuild what we remove: one contractor, one claim
  • No carrier? Fixed written price before work begins

Supply line let go at 1:40 am. Two men and an extractor were in my hallway at 2:31. My adjuster had photos before breakfast.

Eleven buildings, one number to call. Their documentation is what makes my carrier claims go through without a fight.

Priya S. · Property manager, Carpinteria

They tore out the kitchen on a Tuesday and the same company put it back. I never had to find a contractor.

Common questions

Questions people ask at 2 am

Do I pay anything tonight?

No. We bill your insurance carrier directly. Your deductible is settled with your carrier per your policy, and we tell you what it is before work starts. Without insurance, you receive a fixed written price first.

Will you work with my insurance company?

Yes. We bill nine carriers direct and document to Xactimate standards. You can also choose any restoration company you want; your carrier cannot require you to use theirs.

How fast can you actually get here?

Average arrival over the last twelve months is 43 minutes countywide. Trucks stage in Santa Barbara and Goleta overnight. North County calls take longer to drive and we tell you the honest estimate on the phone.

Do we need to move out?

Usually not for water. Drying equipment is loud for three to five days and we set it up to leave living areas usable. Fire and sewage jobs are assessed room by room.

What should I do before you arrive?

Shut the water off at the main if you can reach it safely, turn off power to affected rooms at the panel if water is near outlets, and move what you can lift. Do not pull up flooring. We need to document it in place.

Who actually rebuilds?

We do. QCK Restoration holds a California general B licence. The crew that dried the house schedules the rebuild. No separate bid, no second company.

Standing in water right now?

Shut it off at the main if you can reach it. Then call. We dispatch while you're still on the line. No form, no callback, no answering service.
